What makes a woman unforgettable?
“Unforgettable” is a popular song written by Irving Gordon,1951
“Unforgettable, that’s what you are
Unforgettable though near or far
Like song of love that clings to me
How the thought of you does things to me
Never before has someone been more…”
She is attractive, young, beautiful, smart and self-confident woman. She has orange hair and green eyes and she has a bright individuality . It is a woman from the dreams. She is happy by herself and impact happiness everywhere, also she is stylish and elegant looking. Lack of man’s attention is not her problem.
In this work I use a central cut of Melo ( Melocorona) broderipi sea shell for her face oval. This shell origin are New Guinea to Philippines. An attractive green eye was made from Blue Mussel sea shell and coloured with an acrylic paint. Nose, lips and hair were made from the different clam sea shell fragments, which were personally collected by the artist on the Atlantic shore. Even the cigar was made from the natural Razor sea shell which has specific shape and size. Usually I color only originally dull, colourless fragments of shells and preserve as much as possible natural colors. The work is framed and ready to hang.
