Unforgettable experience the beaches and wild life of Fort Myers and Sanibel, Florida
Posted by admin on Apr 12, 2011 in Blog, Seashell Fun | 65 commentsLocal beaches on Southwest, Florida especially on Sanibel and Captiva Islands, offered the best shelling not only from my personal experience in the last visit on Sea Shell Show 2011, but also from my friend’s opinions compare to the other USA shelling beaches. You constantly looking foot wards for beautiful sprinkles of pearly, white, pink, rainbow and peach colored mollusk shell. Around 50 miles of beautiful beachfront here you can feel a crunch from shells along the way. My seashell collection increased in size with Alphabet cones, Angel Wings, lightning whelks and Horse conch shells and many others.
Also you can lose yourself in miles of unique wetlands, watch flocks of birds migrate across land and sea, storks on their nests, and even through the highways, ospreys in the sky, jumping fish and dolphins in the emerald water, curious raccoons which not afraid people at all. I came to this paradise in March, in best month to see avian life on the islands. I was really lucky person because met even bright pink color spoonbills.
