Seashell Art for Everyone!

Summer is a special time of the year which we can spend on the beach. Walking along the shore and collecting seashells are two major activities outside of swimming.
Shells have fascinated people for long time. I have found that not only children but even adults enjoy using shells which they have collected by themselves. By using shells in a creative or practical way is taking the fun of collecting them one step further. The rewards are doubled: instead of having only a collection of shells in a box, they can be displayed in pictures, used as containers for plants, made into jewelry, used to decorate frames, mirrors, provide the owner with an extremely interesting hobby.
Shell craft is an excellent choice of activity for everyone. It is easy to learn, inexpensive to follow and the results of simple project are quickly realized.
Housewives with only a few hours to spend find time to make attractive earrings, pendants, souvenirs and mosaics.

Older citizens, often with a limited budget, can make treasured gifts for yourself, for family and friends. Shell art is a type of enjoyable and educational activity even for kids.

Young people, starting the craft learn the joys of working with their hands, develop artistic skills and patience for a lifetime. I will give just a several examples how to use your seashells in a decorative way. Use your fantasy and express your ideas in seashell masterpieces, which you can create.
